The Staffing Specialist is responsible for high volume sourcing, recruiting, and referring of best-qualified candidates for vacant roles at our client's facilities in an efficient and fiscally responsible manner. Keeps abreast of industry trends and skill sets and develops an extensive network of candidate sources. Organizes and facilitates the entire recruiting function demonstrating extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure as well as federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Builds strong relationships with internal and external clients.


Duties and Responsibilities:

* Source Associates through strategies and techniques created to identify qualified applicants

* Utilize databases, job boards and internet for networking opportunities to identify qualified applicants

* Maintain a network of qualified applicants for potential job openings

* Attend networking activities including job fairs, professional associations, providing outreach to technical

colleges and community events

* Conduct detailed in-person and over the phone interviews

* Present job opportunities to qualified applicants

* Complete presentations of Associates to our clients

* Coach Associates through the interview process

* Complete necessary on-boarding paperwork

* Build and maintain relationships with current and new clients

* Identify new leads with existing clients as well as generating new leads

* Strong customer service background

* Recruiting and hiring background

* Strong computer proficiency

* Ability to set own daily goals and manage day to day activities

* General knowledge of Human Resources law and theory


This position will work in Madison WI.
